hp nc6400 + x1300 + windows server 2008

I just want to play Counter-Strike 1.6

I did it fine in Windows Vista 32bit and Windows XP 32bit..

I recently installed Windows Server 2008 and I'm trying to get the X1300 to work properly. Right now, it will run OpenGL in 16bit (CS 1.6).. I need to run 32bit to play competitively.

I used the 8.4 catalyst from the driverheaven repository and used the mobility modder, installed it over the HP driver that I got from: HP Compaq nc6400 Notebook PC- ATI Video Driver and Control Panel for Microsoft Windows Vista (32-bit) - HP Business Support Center

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try or do? Or do you guys need anymore information?
