Help needed after upgrade of HD2600 drivers

I upgraded the drivers and Catalyst using (Mobility Modder) to the most recent version, 8.8 on my Gateway 6864FX laptop running Vista64. I've noticed that when I open up TaskManager there are two instances of Ati2evxx.exe. There was only one before. How can I go about getting this fixed? There must be a duplicate entry of it somewhere, but I just don't know where to look. there's no duplication in services that I know of as I did look there and not in msconfig either. Any other ideas? Anything I could have missed?
