Error during installation, Modded Mob HD 3650

Hey folks. I wasn't able to find a result when looking around for this, so I figured I'd post here. I have a new Dell Studio laptop with Vista 32 and an HD 3650. I'm encountering the following error when trying to install the modded drivers:

Could not load file or assembly 'CLO.Implementation, Version=2.0.3154.36823, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The installation then fails and the computer prompts for reboot. While it boots fine, I cannot run the CCC, and I'm somewhat afraid to run any games. Any help you can give is appreciated. Thanks!
