Need Toshiba power management driver for Satellite A215-S4757

Hi I recently moved my Vista *sucks to XP and i found almost everything except the power management driver can anyone help me? or tell me if there is another option. . . I recently read another thread but it was focused in the Audio of the computer.

Did you get the power management driver for your Satellite A215-S4757? I found pretty much all the rest of the drivers except for that one and the touchpad. Can you help me please?
