Mobility HD 2600 - Fastest Driver? HP 8510p

Hi folks, I was running stock HP/ATI/MS Update drivers for my HP 8510p using an ATI Radeon Mobility HD 2600 and the performance was a bit lacking. Ive successfully used the DH Mobility Modder to install the modded ATI standard drivers and it has me wondering.

What driver is the fastest for the HD 2600?

My specs are below for reference if it matters/helps:

HP/Compaq 8510p Notebook
Win Vista X64
Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 @ 2.00ghz
4gb RAM PC5300 @ 667mhz
Hitachi 160gb SATA1 5400 rpm HD
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 (no OC yet)

i achieve 3dmark06 scores around 3550 with my 8510p gb967ea#akn (t9300, 4gb 800mhz, 160gb 5400rpm hd, hd2600) and this procedure for installing original ATI desktop drivers [9.13 at present] (winxp pro sp3 in my case, but no big difference for vista):

add
"ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600" = ati2mtag_RV630, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9581
to the CX_xxxxx.inf (found in ATI\SUPPORT\[Current Version]\Driver\Packages\Drivers\Display\LH_INF\ for vista) file below
[ATI.Mfg]
or
[ATI.Mfg.NTamd64.6.0] in the CH_xxxxx.inf file
and
ATI.Mfg.NTamd64.6.1] in the C7_xxxxx.inf file

then install the driver, afterwards install ccc
