Inspiron 600m/Radeon 9000

I've got a Dell inspiron 600m that has an ATI mobility 9000 embedded card. According to Comparison of ATI graphics processing units - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I should be able to get to opengl 1.4 (which I need to run boxee).

I've tried CAT 6.11, 7.4, 7.12, 8.12, 9.2 and I get mixed results ranging from 1.1 to 1.3, but never 1.4.

I've also tried this and it didn't do the trick either
