Catalyst 9.3 with the Mobillity HD 3450 artifacts

After some horror and many problems, I finally managed to install the Catalyst 9.3 driver. Since I use my laptop as HTPC, I was hoping the greenscreen in WMVHD's would be gone, and gladly it was!

Now I have another more disturbing problem. All my movies show artifacts every 10 seconds or so, it's random and doesnt show the same artifacts when I rewind the movie. Didn't have this in 9.1..

Is there anyway to fix this?

This is also why I won't upgrade to Windows7, I'm afraid it'll be the same there, and 9.1 isn't availeble for Windows7, so I can't upgrade
