Ati drivers modded & installed, cant install Catalyst CC. any alternatives or ideas?

Hi All,

First off, a big thanks for the modder that enabled install of drivers that after following instructions has seems to have fixed my daily 'atidvag.dll infinte loop' bsod crash routine!

It also enabled the successful use of second monitor on my acer travelmate (previously crashing winsys.32 bsod upon changing resolution or desktop)

(acer travelmate 7720g 17” intel t7500 core 2 duo Ati Radeon Mobility HD 2600 graphics. 2gb ddr2 ram XP Os Sp2)

I have been getting 'incompatible' errors from the original CCC and so uninstalled this, and am getting 'cannot install CCC, refer to notebook manuf.' message when I go to install CCC from C:\ATI\SUPPORT\ATIMCatW\
ATIMCatW.exe

Can you advise what to install or how to reinstall CCC so that I have the better flexibility with my dual monitors/desktops etc?

my apologies, was attempting to install from work directory, eventually installed & functions perfectly.

I get these errors every so often when I try to open my CCC. Hasn't occured lately so doesn't worry me
