I am trying to update my video card drivers ATI Radeon Mobility 3100 for Vista 32 bit.

I have posted my DXDIAG for reference.
Please, please, see what you can do for me and if you can't, tell me where I should go.

This is the latest drivers posted by Toshiba that is installed on my machine. They are drivers from 08/2008.
