mobility x1600 @win7:catalyst notebook panel property page missing

Hi you guys!
This problem kicks ass.
I will tell every info i got here:
notebook pc by sony
os:win7
video card:mobility x1600
cpu:intel duo2 t5600

Right now i am running win7.
I tried almost every version of catalyst,such as 7.1 7.4 9.1 9.2 9.3 9.4(using the mobility modder surely).
But everytime when i done installing the catalyst and ran it,the [notebook panel property page] just don't come out.it sucks..
any help please?
