ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 Help.

I Have This Card On My Laptop And It Cant Do A Thing. Its Really Bad. Not The Best Card Out There But It Should Be Performing Way Better Than It Does. Also I Cant Find Drivers For It Anywhere. My Laptop Is An Acer Aspire 6530G With Vista Ultimate 64 bit.

I Just Came Across Mobility Modder And That Doesnt Seem To Work Either Or I Aint Doing Anything Right.

Also I Am A Computer Engineer So I Do Know My Stuff.
