PowerPlay & temperature monitoring for MR 9700 using Omega Drivers?

Hi guys, I just installed the latest set of Omega Drivers (v4.8.442) and it seems that I've run into a couple of problems. I originally had the mobility modded Catalyst 9.3 driver installed but it was really buggy and always resulted in a BSOD every couple of hours.

There is no power management tab in the advanced device properties window. I believe the MR 9xxx cards have a thermal sensor/diode mounted underneath the GPU but temperature monitoring is completely absent as well.

For the record, I'm using WinXP SP3 and the card is correctly identified as an "ATi Mobility Radeon 9600/9700 series".

P.S.: I can use Notebook Hardware Control (NHC) for powerplay management but I'm looking for something that can be accomplished without the need for a third party program.
