I can't install the Catalyst 9.5 32 XP, is there any problem with MM ?

Ok, there is another problem. I've just updated the Catalyst to 9.5 but now I'm getting error from every game I'm trying to run. I have everything updated, so what is the problem ? It didn't happen before.

I know what is the problem, the PC can't detect the video card, it seems to be disabled somehow. What should I do ?
I really need help.
