Mobility Radeon X600 SE with Windows 7 Build7201 has prblem

Hi guys.

I just installed Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7201 and Catalyst 9.3 with mobility modder. Everything works fine, but when I changed resolution lower than my lcd pannel, display center of LCD always. I need to use lower resolution sometimes. I knew catalyst 9.2 has the option which can change the way of to display lower resolution as center of pannel or full screen(stratch to full screen). However 9.3 doen't even have that option at all. Anyone knows how to turn on this fuction?
