Need to update drivers for mobility radeon agp 0x4c59

Hello all,
Am in desperate need of help, my computer knowledge is not so advanced. In order to continue gaming on my laptop I need to update my Mobility Radeon AGP (0x4c59) video card to sharer 2. I have trawled the internet to no avail. I have Windows XP. Please can somebody help.
