Best driver for Mobility Radeon HD 3650?

ATI doesn't seem to have them on their site as a download, only has drivers for the non-mobility version. I assume this is due to the proprietary nature of the card used by laptop manufacturers.

I am running Windows Vista 32-bit and so Omega drivers are out of the question and the stock drivers from Lenovo don't seem to be that great. Any ideas?
