Mobility Radeon X1400 and WinXP-HELP PLEASE!

Hey folks,

I am having a problem with my dell Inspiron 6400 laptop with Mobility radeon x1400.

I keep trying to use mobility modder to update my drivers and everything goes as planned. Apart from after the restart nothing new is installed.

Here are the steps I took after updating Mobility Modder with the latest fix (for 9.2 and later).

1. Download ati 9.7 drivers and catalyst control centre.

2. Modify

3. Run setup.exe in the C:/ATI/support modified file.

4. Install and restart.

After both a DXDIAG and a MSinfo32 the drivers show no updates.

Can anybody lend me a hand?
