Radeon Mobility HD3650 -modded driver installation error

Hi,
I've Radeon Mobility HD3650 in my Toshiba A305-S6844 laptop, Vista 64 SP1. Because the newest driver available to download from the Toshiba website is Catalyst 8.2 released about 7/2008 (info from Everest, ATI Control Panel gives strange information about version provided by Toshiba), I managed to use modded driver from ATI webpage.

Modding itself shows no error and the process completes successfully, but when during first step of installation software tries to identify the graphic card, it freezes. Tried with Catalyst 9.8 from ATI website and 8.12 from your database. Even after deinstalling previous drivers from Toshiba.The same problem occurs every time. Only driver from toshiba installs and works without any problem.

Do you have any ideas where's the problem?
