ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3670 / Max Screen Resoultion
I have a DELL Studio XPS with the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3670 graphics card. My problem / question is that my dad have the exact same graphics card yet his screen resolution is higher than mine. Is there a way that I can get mine higher than 1366 X 768. BTW my drivers and everything related is updated is there some kind of hack that I can do to force Vista too recieve a higher resolution. I know the computer will handle it so thats not a issue.

welcome to DH,
be sure to check that the actual panel of your laptop isn't the issue. Dell usually sells multiple resolutions for one model.

Re: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3670 / Max Screen Resoultion
yea..... im not sure, try running both laptops with the same exact specs if its a driver issue.
however if the panels really are different resolutions, then you're stuck as theres really no hack to work with that....
