Vista + ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570

Hi, first of all sorry for my bad english :P
I have bought a notebook (Dell Studio 1555)with ATI HD Radeon 4570 video card and I have tried to upgrade drivers for video card to version 9.9, but after the extraction of files, i have this error: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150004)".
After modding, the same error!
I've tried to unistall all ati application and driver, and repeat the installation of the driver, but I have the same error. Can you help me ? Thanks a lot!
