Driver problems under Windows 7 (asus Z53Jp + ATI Mobility x1700))

Hi all
I've been reading a lot a threads and still havn't found a solution.

I've been using Window 7 Beta (can't remember the build) and I had manage to install everything just fine
then came along the latest version Windows 7 RC and an update that makes the previous versions reboot every 2 hours.
So I installed the latest version and now I face the same problem as usual with my laptop: Finding the Graphical drivers.

I've tried everything I could think of with no sucess.

I have a asus Z53 Jp with a ATI Radeon mobility X1700 qnd the latest build of windows 7.

Anybody got a magical solution ?

Driver problems under Windows 7 (asus Z53Jp + ATI Mobility x1700)

I have an ASUS F3jp and intend (hope) to install the 9.3 driver following the installation of W 7 next week.
It appears that the latest 9.3 contains an embedded installer.
Having little expertise with computers I hope that those who install the (any) driver
would share their approach with the rest of us. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Here is the drivers you are looking for - Drivers Ati Radeon Mobility 9x00/Xx00/X1x00/X2x00 9.8 bêta

I use it on my Asus F3JP and completely works (I have a 32bits version but the drivers are also for 64 bits).

You don't have to use ati modder it is already done. Sorry the website is in french (because i am french) and it is the only one where i found those drivers.

Just click on the icon under "telechargement (Download)" and enjoy !!!
