Mobility Modder, Windows 7, and Sony PCG-Z1WAMP Problem

Please help. I have been searching for weeks to solve the non-ero effects of my ATI Mobility Radeon OEM video card for my Sony laptop model Sony PCG-Z1WAMP.

I have followed the instructions the Mobility Modder link below:

(I downloaded the ATI Catalyst for Windows 7 32 bit)

but keep getting this message when I try to launch Catalyst Control Center or anything related to it. Message below.

"Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation,
Version=2.0.3512.36889, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependencies. The
system cannot find the file specified."

My System is:

Sony PCG-Z1WAMP

Intel 1.7G Processor

1G RAM

ATI OEM Mobility Radeon Video Card

Please help?
