HD 4650 Mobile & windows 7

Hey. Does anybody out there have a laptop with the HD 4650 Mobile running on Windows 7 64-bit? If so is it performing as it should with games and such? Because mine is acting very strange and it may be a driver issue. If anyone reading this could help that would be great. Thanks.

I have not a 4650 but a 4570, my GPU speed is like you.
I can say i can play
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 with 1280x768 all High but Shadow off at 38-40fps
Need for Speed Shift 1024x768 all High at 30 fps

PS.: I´m in Youtube and makes gameplay with my laptop
