Haven i have a prob
FIRST OF ALL HELLO IM NEW IM MIAA

OK NOW THAT WE GOT THAT OUT THE WAY

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A SECOND HAND INSPIRON 5150 LAPTOP AND INSTALLED WINDOWS 7 ON IT , ITS PREVIOUS OS WAS XP , NOW THAT I HAVE INSTALLED WIN 7 ON IT IT SAYS MY GRAPHICS ARE OUTDATED AND NEED TO UPDATE THE DRIVERS WHEN I TRY TO PLAY Y FAVE ONLINE GAME , IVE BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS TO FIND THE DRIVERS FOR IT , I TRIED LOOKING UP THE GRAPHICS CARD ON THE MACHINE AND IT SAYS SOMETHING BOUT STANDARD VGA GRAPHICS ADAPTER.. NO CLUE JUST STARTED AFTER I INSTALLED NEW OS , BUT I DID LOOK UP MY MY LAPTOP AND IT SAYS I SHOULD HAVE THIS CARD IN IT ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 OR A GEFORCE FX 5200 GO OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT CAN ANYBODY HELP ME PLEASE IM SO DESPRATE RIGHT NOW , SORRY SO LONG AND TY FOR YOUR TIME =)

well without a driver it would be running off of the builtin VGA driver that limits your card. did you check dell's website?
idk about dell but alot of laptop manufacturers mess with the cards and thus you cannot use the ones from ATI or Nvidia. best bet would be DELL

If you go to dells site there is an option to put in the "build code" and that will tell you which video hardware is installed. That's at least a start, you will need to know which before you can hunt down drivers. Unfortunately Dell doesn't have Win7 drivers so unless you Mod a driver set you may be stuck...... But you at least need to know which hardware you have.

Nothing says, "new" any more than leaving the CAPS LOCK key on when posting on forums or even when emailing your family and/or friends.

FTR, [that means "For The Record] leaving the CAPS LOCK key on is considered rude and "shouting" and is frowned upon in almost every case.

Ati , try this driver for windows 7 :
Drivers Ati Radeon Mobility 9x00/Xx00/X1x00/X2x00 10.2 bêta

geforce fx5200 go is too old to support windows 7 imo :
