Problems with Ati 3650 mobility

Hi there! i'm new on the forum and i'm from spain...! i'm having some problems with my new ati 3650 on my Notebook ACER 5920 Gemstone...this notebook normally comes with Nvidia 8600 GM but it burned down and i bought one ATI 3650 Mobility...I format the computer and get the last drivers from Mobility Modder !
My problem is that playing some games (like Call of Duty 2/Modern Warfare i get black screens after playing 5-10 minutes... the first 5-10 minutes it runs perfect but after that i get black screen, the sounds stills continue but i don't get any image) in other games like Warcraft 3 or GTA San Andreas i don't get any problem... my computer specifications:

Windows 7 x86 (not 64 bits :S)
ATI 3650 Mobility
2 GB Ram

Could you tell me any posible solutions please?

i tried to run the game with compatiblity but it also didn't work...! thank you very much!
