Can't update HD4330 Mobility Drivers

Hello.
I need some help with this issue -

I have a Dell Inspiron 1564
CPU: Intel Core i3 M330 @ 2.13GHz
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Memory: 4GB
Video: ATI Mobility HD 4330
I installed MS MSXML 6.0 first.
I tried installing the following versions of ATI’s dirvers and the ones from Dell(which are over 1 year old). I installed and ran the latest Mobility Modder.Net tool on each of the following drivers below. Interestingly, if I attempt to run a 32-bit Driver I get a little bit further. But that’s not a solution anyhow. The results of the 32-bit are at the bottom below.
