Need help with drivers

I've gone and installed the required drivers for my ATI Radeon 3100 but when i go to play a game like minecraft it says

Minecarft cannot open because we could not find an accelirated OpenGL
please update your drivers
or something like that

i've updated my drivers but it still doesn't work i've recently reformatted my laptop and minecraft worked fine before then

Can you please help me with my current prediciment

Isn't the 3100 an Integrated or Mobility card? If so, you're posting in the wrong forum for help. Try the Mobility forum.

Sometimes a little Patience can be called for...

However after a quick google the G/C you have is usually integrated to the board (also mentioned above)
