Issue with HD3470 on win7 ultimate - 32 bit

Hi, everyone

First of all sry for my bad english...

Yestarday I've changed my Win XP with Windows 7 32 bit Ultimate. I'm on ASUS M51S notebook and there it came my problem... I'm with ATI Mobility Radeon HD3470... At first the new Windows 7 recognised my card in the device manager as "ATI Mobility Radeon HD3xxx series" or something like that... it was using some old drivers from 2008 year. Highest resolution possible was 1280 x 800 but atleast I've got to pick my screen refresh rate at 100 HZ. I've tried a lot of different drivers... 11-5_mobility_vista_win7_32-64_ccc ... ATI_Catalyst_Windows7_8.612-32bit- and even some from the 9-th version and nothing! :S Windows kept telling me that my VGA driver is up to date and no effects took change! After that I've modded all of theese drivers with Mobility Modder.

This is the point where things got really nasty...

I used the option "let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" to show the INF file and choose the exact model of my VGA... Before the modding there were maybe all of ATI's cards but no HD3470... after the modding I've got to pick only from two options HD3450 and HD3470... I got excited too soon... I choose HD3470 and after 10 secs everything went to hell ;] It installed drivers for HD3450... after rebooting the system win7 tells me I'm using 3450 ;] and the highest resolution I can go to is 1280x800 with 60HZ of screen refresh rate!!! I'm going blind here!

Now this was good time to use ATI removal tool... ok... after reboot - "you are using Standart VGA card" with no higher resolution than 1024x760... I've tried all the drivers I could find... even not for win7 ... and everytime it keeps installing HD3450 instead of HD3470...

After maybe 30 tries with reboots and everything... I tought it's time for Omega drivers... yeah ... but my card is missing even in the Omega drivers list... Please help me 'cuz I'm going crazy and blind here! Isn't funny

Now I'm downloading amd_Mobility_9.12 pack... which looks strange 'cuz it's 231 Megs and it's not supported by windows 7 i guess... but it's maybe my last bet :S
