Vaio/Xp/Mobility7500 & Maya 6 HELP!!!

I'm looking to use Maya 6 and have a radeon mobility 7500 and was hoping someone here could help me.

What are the best driver/utility/settings I could download and install to run maya 6?

Any info would be great thanks.

System Specs

Mobility Radeon 7500 whie a good card overall for its age is not the most powerful Maya card. What you need to remember is to make sure that if you use third-party drivers (such as Omega or something similar) is to make sure that you disable Triple Buffering, otherwise Maya will not work (see this thread for more information.

I would try Omegas and see how they perform. The best way to figure it out is by trial and error, and compare performance and quality to official drivers. Omeaga makes good performance and high image quality sets, so check them out for sure.
