Radeon 9000 Problems

Hello,

My English is not very good, but i hope you can help me.

When i play "Silent Hunter 3" at Example, my Computer is crashing down after 15 to 20 minutes,and show´s me the "blue Window"And the following Message -The Computer has turned off because he can go crashed. BAD POOL HEADER-

It´s a ECS Notebook with Mobility Radeon 9000 Catalyst 5.4 modded with DHMODTOOLv2.2
Is my Graphic Chip to Hot?
I have lifted up my Laptop, and have putted an PC Cooler in front of my Laptop,so he can cool thruth straight away under him.
So i can played a bit longer, about 60 min.
Knows anybody wat it means : BAD POOL HEADER
What can i do?
More Coolers installing?
