Low FPS in CS source with mobility 9800

I have a inspiron 9100 with:
mobility radeon 9800
1024mb ram
3.2ghz
i have the lastest ati drivers installed from the dell website

In CS source, with everything set on medium (no AA, AF or vsync) my fps will be around 40-50 with no action, but when there are many people and alot of gunfire it drops to 10-20 fps. When i first had this laptop it would run flawlessly and never drop below 40fps. I have tryed everything to fix it, i even reformated my hardrive and reinstalled everything. Is there anyone with the same card that can tell me what fps they get? some feedback would greatly be apreciated.

Scan for spyware/viruses, then defragment, then if that still doesn't work try installing the Omega catalyst 5.6 drivers >> www.omegadrivers.net <<
