i ran some little app from ati and says the mobile drivers arnt compatible and only work with the x700/x800? i probably shouldn't install the motherboard/IGP drivers? i know im running an integrated x300 though. Leaves me at the radeon drivers. Someones gotta know, thanks

???

Interesting, the only references I got for the nx6125 at Compaq's site were for the FireGl V5000 chip, not a Mobile X300 - are you certain of the video chip? I could have missed something...

Ah, nice screenshot - I would try the Omegadrive 5.7's - checked your 5955 number in the Omegadrive inf file for the 5.7 driver I'm running now - looks like it's supported.

Follow Omegadrive's instructions carefully - and read the faq and the readme at his site before installing OK?

His site is here: www.omegadrivers.net but looks to be down right now...

5955, correct its not exactly a "X300" as in a AGP or PCIe
card its called Xpress 200 since it a X300 intergrated into
the chipset. I have a RS480 based bord in my second rig.
The nice thing is you can use the regular offical drivers!!!
