Ati mobilyti 9000 (M9) 32-bits

ok I want to know If I can play counter strike source with mi ati mobility radeon 9000 (M9) and where I can get the drivers???

my laptos is a Dell Inspiron 8500 with P4 2.0Ghz the memory card is 32-bits.

Iknow that I can not play HL2 but Counter Strike is less powerful (in textures).
