Radeon IGP 320m aka Mobility U1 tv-out
Hi everyone,
I have a notebook computer with a IGP 320m videocard. I just want to use the tv-out to watch movies. With the original drivers the card doesn't recognize my tv and it has no force detection option. I managed to use the tv-out a while ago but I forgot how I did that. I think I installed ATI Control Panel from a Catalyst Driver but I forgot which version. I tried modded drivers from Omega and the DH Modtool V3 with the latest drivers but my laptop gives a blue screen and restarts right before entering Windows XP so I think it isn't compatible. I think it is easy to solve this problem because I only need a compatible control panel version with a force tv detection option. Btw I did get one version of the control panel to work by using an IGP 320 driver, that was Catalyst 5.7 but video wouldn't play back with that driver (crash) and there wasn't a button to switch between primary and secondary display at the display control panel. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get a control panel driver, with tv force detection and switch between primary and secondary display, to work on this videocard? Please help... |
