Help! - blurred texts & images after installing omega driver

Hi everyone,

I have just installed the Radeon Omega Drivers 2.6.71 on my (widescreen) notebook, which works with a Radeon Mobility 9600/9700 card (see system specifications below). Although it works in principle, everything on display is very blurred (texts and images, including the Windows Desktop). Any idea what I can do about it?

I could always return to the ATI driver that came with the computer, but it's well over a year old, and no update is officially available. Also, it doesn't work for certain games. So, advice would be appreciated.

G

lack of support

Hmmm. Considering that omega drivers themselves have no support site of their own, no contact address, and actually refer to this site, I was hoping for some support here.

But maybe omega drivers are exclusively for those who know much about computers? I had to uninstall mine again and go back to the 14-month old ATI driver. At least, ATI will answer my emails.
