Some Input On Mobility (Would Be Nice)

This is my first post on this fourm . It's for support (go figure). It is long and a persistent issue. I just like to make an entrance, so light up a smoke and take alook..

Well, I always have a few questions. I have Installed my drivers alot over the past few weeks with all these omega Drivers commin out, its been really nice. On the other hand with new drivers there is always some new tricks, SmartGart and Pci Bus property's is what i am concerned about.

For some reason I click on my SmartGart and it does not do a single thing. Ive install my drivers and cleaned my registry alot along with taking my old pdf inf files out of my windows/system32 folder, so that i knew it couldn't resort to my old ati configuration files.

Just got done again uninstalling my drivers deleting my Ati files, registry and then reinstalling my chipset. Following that, I reinstalled my drivers(In that order). Still same result!WTF! . I've read that on other fourms that has worked with the past drivers for some people.

I know my registry, and my drivers but i can not relate to a program that i did not write. If it is something simple and a ez fix please don't wait, tell me(Throw Facts My Way)!

Another issue..... When i go to my Display advanced setting i look at my options tab, it says Bus Type Pci Expressx16, right below that it says Current Bus Settings Pci express. No x16 or anything (Posted Below) should i be concerned? I read to Choose the first option on both install pages(Most Comaptible Version) for mobility, is this true?

Any way guys thanks in Advance.

Ask for more info as i will be working with this issue for the month(hopefully sooner with your help). Been working on it for 7 days almost strait. Figured out alot from surfing fourms since it came out(My Laptop). So any input would be nice.

If anyone has knowledge pertaining to the ATI X600 please feel free, just let me know.

System Specs

Smartgart is not used and thus is irrelevant with PCIe graphics. SmartGART is AGP-only animal.

Nothing to worry about the other issue either. IT will not show x16 or anything.
