5.11 Error during install on Mobile 9600

I downloaded the 5.11 Mobile drivers from ATI, didnt install gave me the error below. So I tried download the normal 5.11 ATI drviers and used the DH Mod tool, and got the same error as before. Well I downloaded the drivercleaner and got rid of the old drivers etc... tried again with both the Mobile and regular ATI drivers and they still wont install.

Going to try to isntall the Dell drivers for my card right now.

Any suggestions on fixing this problem?

Got the Omega 5.10a drivers to install. Still not sure why the ATI drivers would not install.

After pointing to the inf file, selecting my card and clicking next it does the isntall but then it stops and says

"An error has occured during the installation of the device.

The system could not find the file specified."

Tried this before and got the same error.

Installed the control panel and restarting now.

Still couldnt get it to work. After trying the above, the Omega drivers install (without errors) but dont seem to work.

After a reboot, each time i try to install drivers. My videocard is disabled, like in the picture below. I can enable it and it had an ! until I remove it from my device manager.

I should also add, I was running fine with the 5.9 mobile ati drivers, for awhile now. Until I tried to install the 5.11 mobile drivers and got the error that is in my first post. Then after a reboot it all went downhill, stuck in 1024x768
