Cut-Off Text

Hopefully you guys will be able to help with this... I am not sure if it has to do with ATI or anything... it mide be the widescreen laptop display. Anyways, I think the only way I can explain this is by pictures. So...

As you can see I cannot see some text. It is cut off in the prgram... What is up with that and how do I fix it? Thanks.
