.... I'm still a tad disapointed in my KT600VL-P board i have.... it's good...but... what's with ZERO bios options....no DDR RAM settings... let alone cpu settings.... i even reflashed it think the bios was messed up.....

Do you mean the GA-7VT600-P-L or this one GA-7VT600-L, there is no
KT600VL-P
If you were referring to this mobo GA-7VT600-P-L or this one GA-7VT600-P then theres a bios update for ya over here:
