DFI Lanparty UT CFX3200

Anyone have this board? It's comming on Wed/Thu. Depending on UPS/Newegg. So far I've found out that the stock bios is horrible and if you flash it to this one it works fine. Story is http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...=23045&page=19 is a guy that DFI is let post this tweaked and untweaked mod of bios. That's all I know. Anyone know more post here.

I ordered one on Saturday from Newegg. I thought I give it a try after not having good luck with my Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe. It looks like someone is having good luck with the DFI board.

I was getting nervous reading through some of this guys comments about the BIOS issues. Here we go again. I’m beginning to wonder if RD580 was really ready for prime time or Cross Fire for that matter.

Please keep us posted on your experiences with this board. I’m going out of town and won’t have it installed till next week. Hopefully DFI will release a new BIOS by then.

Okso hopefully you read about how Mike used someones modded bios. Ok story on that other guy is. HIs name is Big Toe but they call hit BT. Well, he has clearence from DFI to mod thier bios. So from my understanding he made 2 MODS. A tweaked version and a non tweaked modded bios. Well, From what Mike said that the BIOS it shipped with is shit, and he shouldn't of wasted his time with it. Now is that even if your not going to OC? I think Iread something like that. Now I'm not going to OC so; do I have to put the RAM in the orange slots cause I've never heard running Dual Channel from Slot 2 and 4. I saw your post over there. Man, I think we are both terrified of what this board is gonna be like. But it seems like he's doing very well, and he can help us with mostly anything. Good luck with yours man. I don't know the first thing about oc. I just barely learned how to set timings on your RAM. Don't worry I'll keep on posting in here.this might be the next sticky mobo thread, lol
