The second one, the MSI K8N NEO4-FI is better cause it has nForce 4 ULTRA chipset, the first one has only nForce 4.
I have a DFI one, so I can't tell you if it's a good one or not. Sure is, the DFI is better ![]() I was also considering this board, but chose the DFI cause it's more overclocker friendly. But I bet, it's a good buy.

I'm 99% certain that you will if you're using the x800xt in your sig...
Edit: Oops, you're talking a PCIe motherboard here keltick...are you planning on upgrading the GFX card also? Or is the upgrade for someone else then yourself..?

have a av8 abit mobo with agp x800xt and looking to migrate to pci-e g-card
looking for at least 3 pci standard slots on it as well the msi has 4 standard pci's if l fit pci-e g-card,wont l loose one of pci-e's otherwise looking at this mobo http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=307851 would perfer the msi,but dont want to loose a pci slot would be looking at x1800xt 512 g-card for either mobo |

when l migrate to pci-e,would have to change both gfx and mobo
these are only 2 mobos that have at least 4 standard pci's all new mobos seem only to have 2 standard pci's which is a pain in the? for me as l have alot on standard pci's |
