A8r32-mvp freezing at start up and crashing in games

Hi my system is x1900xtx 2 gigs pc3200 680watt Thermaltake purepower and 200WD sata drive AMD 3800 x2 , have nothing but issues. was thinking the crashing was due to PSU replaced didn't fix sent the 1st x1900xtx back . new one same issue changed drivers to omega 6.8 fixed the crashing in COD 2 cool re booted and getting over clock failed ??? cleared CMOS running latest BIOs will not get past the windows boot screen than restarts its self ran chkdsk fixed errors, running out of ideas allready ran out of money swaping things out
not my 1st Build but by far my Biggest Headache any help would be Great

try relaxing your memory timings a bit . i perssonally had the same problem when i upgraded my pc and after so much trouble it turned out to be a faulty ram causing the problems.

remove any overclocks u did,that inlcudes memory,processor and gpu.
Also ur HDD could be corrupted or somethin(its possible).
If that isn't the case then u should rma ur board.

These mobo series are one of the worst bugy sollutions ASUS has to offer with the worst support along with the single A8R (not 32)

I do not think it's a OC problem

I advice you to RMA it and buy another
and
not with a ATI chipset if possible until they mature in the chipset business

Thanks for the Ideas < i should have mentioned i never overclocked this is all stock, Iam leaning towards RMA even after slicking the drive and another clean install same issues games crashing 5-10 min to the desk top with window errors have the hotfix has to be the board again thanks Herrmax

How did this work out.
I have the smae board and not too many issues. Just overall overclocking and understanding the BIOS..
Its really a top quality board according to the reviews and users on other forums...
