3 Motherboard Choices: Opinions and Advice Please!

I need some advice picking out a mobo. I'm looking at three choices, and I'm not exactly sure which one to buy. This is my first build, and any advice would be great.

Here's my choices:

1. P5WD2-E Premium by Asus
2. P5N32-SLI Deluxe by Asus
3. D97XBX by Intel

By the way, I plan on buying the BFG 7900 GTX OC, and maybe another one later.

That itself sets the P5N32-SLI as the only choice. The other two motherboards are 975X based motherboards, they cannot run SLI if you plan to purchase a second card later on.

Well.... officially anyway. I mean...975X got Crossfire, nVidia may not want to miss out on a bigger market for SLI
