New bios for Abit NF7 series mobos

here's what it does:

First release for NF7/NF7-S/NF7-M v1.2 board.

It shows real frequency of CPU while POST after bios checksum error or setup CPU speed as "User Define".

It shows real frequency of memory rather than DDR 266/333 while POST after setup CPU speed as "User Define".

Remove IRQ9 item from IRQ Resources because it is occupied by ACPI controller.

Revise the issue of OnBoard VGA ROM displays "Engineering..."

BIOS Compile Date: 1/22/2003.

edit: This also fixed the issue of static through the mic on the onbaord sound.
