Mother Board BIOS Optimization

can anyone tell me where I can find those settings for mother board bios optimization ? I found them in omegadrivers.com but i can't find them on my computer

need assistance !

press either esc or anyone of your function keys(F1throughF12) if you find the right key the system bios menu comes up. on my pc during the intial boot phase there is a text prompt telling me which key to press look for this during boot-up

When you start your pc and it posts (first black screen w/ white writing) push the specified key to enter the bios; it will tell you on your post screen. It's different depending on the motherboard. Many use the delete key, some use F keys (mine uses F2 for instance).
