Stupid NF7 question#2
Can I set up serial ata with one drive?
I've been playing around with it however the single drive atached to sata 1 does not show up in my computer. It appears in my device manager and I have my drivers up to date. Anyone know of any guides to get this thing to show up? |

Yes you can. Just hook it up and enable SATA in the bios. If you need to boot off of this drive then set it to boot in the BIOS as well.

Yeah I've done that. SATA is enabled under the onboard pci device menu in bios. I coudlent see the drive in windows however. So I installed the raid driver hoping it would help but no change there.
Could it have something to do with the fact that the drive is new and I'm guessing low level formatted? |
