page not loading

with this new connection, sites do not load. I wait, and I get an error loading the page. If I stop the loading or if I wait to get the error and I hit refresh, it loads fine, every single time.

What's wrong??

Since you mention a 'new connection' you may need to refresh the DNS. Try this:

Go to start, run, and type "cmd" (no quotes) then hit enter. At the command prompt, type "ipconfig /flushdns" (no qoutes) and hit enter

Unfortunately no change.
Also I noticed that in a large number of streaming videos (For example youtube) the buffering or loading will just stop at some point. If I refresh the page it will buffer/load ok.

firstly, clear your cache (or try another browser). go into your router configuration (an ip address normally depending on the router), and get a new lease on the router, you can either release, then renew or just renew it. while you are in there, check you are getting DNS server ips when you renew. If you are still getting issues you can try going to your ISP and seeing if they have alternative servers you can connect to.

We would need more information to try and diagnose, its a bit sketchy right now with what you have given us.

It looks like it is a common issue with this ISP and all complaints have been dealth with a "we will look into it".
Well, I will just have to accept it as it is. Thankfuly downloading speeds are not damaged at all and if I have to choose between 24mbit (15mbit real) connection and this problem, or 2mbit and no problem, for less money too, then, I choose the problematic.
