Wireless Connection does not work when USB Device plugged in

I recently purchased a Sansa E250 mp3 player.
Whenever I plug the device into the usb, my internet connection does not work.
(BTW, I'm using a Linksys USB wireless connection.)

So I would have to repair the connection, and get the net back again.

How can stop it from doing this?

Robert i don't think th efirewall is the problem there

it sounds like the USB bus doesn't like both devices connected, or when connecting the sansa it disrupts the wireless dongle... try connecting the sansa to a self-powered usb hub (powered by an ac adaptor) to check if the problem is caused by the sansa drawing a little too much power when you first connect it
