EVGA 780i BIOS Update

I'm trying to update my EVGA 780i SLI Motherboard's BIOS because of crashes i've been having w/ my system. It's a new system (2 months ago), custom built; and has been crashing after starting up from sleep mode in Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit). It has also, just recently been crashing when watching high end movies or playing high end games (Crash times vary).

Specs:
EVGA 780i Motherboard
Phoenix - AwardBIOS 6.00PG
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 3.2 GHz
BFG Tech GeForce 8800 GTS (XX) SLI
Rosewell 550 Watt PSU

Core Temp
(Min. Load): 25c
(Max Load): 40c

I did reformat one of my hard drives becuase it was from a previous build. So doubt it's any kind of malware.

Sometimes vista decides to give me a crash report and sometimes it doesn't. When comp. crashes after waking up it gives me an nForce SATA drivers problem; but mobo drivers, video card drivers, and vista are all updated. So this is the reason why I want to update my BIOS, but can't seem to find the update. Any help would be appreciated!!

Update: I've ran system tests like prime95 and memtest and all checks out good.

Try running the update through safe mode.
Also I think theres a option to run the update through the bios, not sure.
