Best mATX board?

Hey,

I'm in the process of buying a new motherboard for my system, because my last one broke.

All I want from it is reliability.

ATLEAST 2 DDR2 memory slots (4gb total, but 8 would be a huge bonus).

Core2Duo, Core2Quad compatible.

PCIe (I have a 9800GT).

Well positioned SATA ports.

Does anyone have a mATX board they would highly recommend?

Thanks for the help. And happy new year to everyone.

Edit:

I'm looking at this one mainly:

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/139780...ctype=extended

But I read that this is a good one?:

http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/618370...33+Motherboard

My budget is roughly, no more than 70ish, unless it's a really good board.

the one from play was actually one i was looking at ..... looks like the best solution short of spending more on a higher end board from gigabyte.

For about $7 more than the G33 board you could get the Gigabyte GA-EG43M-S2H board which runs on the Intel G43 chipset instead, or for $99 you could get the Gigabyte GA-EG45M-DS2H motherboard which runs on the G45. Both a very solid boards.

I'm also looking around for a micro ATx board, but I'm not familiar with Gigabyte. Does anyone know anything about this board: Newegg.com - ASUS P5Q-VM LGA 775 Intel G45 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Haven't tried it out but being G45 not a true 2x PCI-E x16 board if that is what you are looking for.
